How much does shipping cost?
Shipping Cost
- Enjoy free shipping within Australia on all orders over $65 AUD.
- For orders under $65, there’s a flat shipping rate of $10 AUD.
- For international customers, enjoy free shipping on orders over $180 (in your local currency).
- Shipping costs for international orders will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Order Processing Time
- Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Please allow extra time during public holidays or peak seasons.
Transit Time
- For Australian orders, delivery typically takes 3–8 business days (Monday to Friday).
For international orders, transit time may take 14 days to up to 2 months, depending on the destination country and customs process.
Total delivery time = Processing time + Transit time.
Returns & Refunds
- Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
- To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at support@teeties.online with your order number, reason for return, and images/videos of the product.
CAN I WASH MY HAIR TIES?
Yes! Our TeeTies are made from beautiful satin fabric and can definitely be washed.
✨ How to wash:
Separate light and dark colours before washing.
Fill a bowl or sink with cold water.
Add a small amount of laundry detergent or gentle shampoo.
Hand wash gently, then rinse with warm water.
Hang or loop them on a hanger to air dry.
🩰 For Faux Fur Scrunchies:
We don’t recommend frequent washing, but if needed — hand wash gently and air dry only.
Avoid machine washing or heat drying to keep them soft and fluffy!
MY HAIR TIES LOOK DIFFERENT FROM THE PICTURES.
- Our TeeTies are 100% handmade, which means each one is beautifully unique — like sisters, not twins! The scrunchie you own is a one-of-a-kind piece, just like you. We do our best to ensure all product photos are as accurate as possible, but please note that colours may appear slightly different under various lighting conditions.
- We’re also in the process of updating our brand label — moving from the original leather tag to a stronger and more secure label that’s better attached to the scrunchies. This change doesn’t affect the quality or function of your scrunchie at all — it’s still the same TeeTies you love, just in a Version 2 design that’s easier to care for and maintain.

Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are 100% handmade in Australia with love and care. We source most of our materials from local Australian suppliers, while around 40% come from carefully chosen overseas partners. We’re committed to keeping TeeTies as Australian-made as possible, ensuring every piece reflects both quality craftsmanship and fair value.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
We cannot change the delivery address for your order once the product is in transit.
