Shipping policy

We at TeeTies know how important it is to get your orders to you fast and in top shape. We take great care to package and send your order properly because of this. You can be confident that we are making every effort to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. Please take into consideration any holidays that can affect shipping times.

Shipping Destinations: 

We are based in Melbourne, Australia and we ship worldwide. 

DOMESTIC (AUSTRALIA):

  • Standard Domestic Shipping (Australia): 3-8 Business Days. 
  • Express Domestic Shipping (Australia): 1-4 Business Days.


What if I live in a different country?

INTERNATIONAL (REST OF THE WORLD):

The delivery time for international sends coming from Australia can vary depending on the destination: 

  • Zone 1 : New Zealand (10-16 working days)
  • Zone 2: North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific (10-28 working day)
  • Zone 3 : Rest of the World (14-30 working days) 

Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/holidays). 

Shipping Cost:

Free Shipping on Standard Orders of $65 or over $65. If your order is under $65, you must pay a flat cost of $10.

The international shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Order Processing or Handling Time:

Once your order is placed, it will undergo processing before shipment. Our dedicated team works diligently to ensure that your order is processed promptly and efficiently. Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday), but please allow additional time during peak seasons or holidays.

Transit Time:

Transit Time is 3 to 8 Business days (Monday to Friday)

   Products Total Delivery Time or Actual Arrival Time = Processing Time + Transit Time

Order CutOff Time:

Order Cut-Off Time- 5.00 PM (GMT+10:00) Australian Eastern Standard Time (Sydney)

Delivery Terms:

We mainly use Australia Post to ship your orders. Your order will be handled in our facilities before being fully completed by the shipping provider. You'll receive a tracking number within 24 hours so you can follow the progress of your order.

If you do not receive tracking information from us within 2 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@teeties.online.

Change of Delivery Address:

We cannot change the delivery address for your order once the product is in transit.

If you need to change the delivery location of your order, please contact us within 2 days of placing the order by email: at support@teeties.online or phone: at +61 413 476 341.

Multiple Addresses:

We do not provide shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. Please submit separate orders if you would like products to be delivered to different addresses.

What if my item is lost in transit?

Whilst we hope this never occurs, if your item does not make it to you, please reach out to us at support@teeties.online and we will work to resolve the issue.

Order Tracking:

To track an order, you can track the order by visiting the Tracking Order page and entering the tracking number or order number and email.

Return:

TeeTies will happily accepts returns due to a change of mind as long as the request is received by us within 14 days of you receiving the item. Must be the item returned to us in the original packaging, unsued, and unworn. Returning the products then let us know by email at support@teeties.online.
