    Can I wash my hair ties?

    Yes! Our TeeTies are made from beautiful satin fabric and can definitely be washed.

    ✨ How to wash:


    • Separate light and dark colours before washing.

    • Fill a bowl or sink with cold water.

    • Add a small amount of laundry detergent or gentle shampoo.

    • Hand wash gently, then rinse with warm water.

    • Hang or loop them on a hanger to air dry.

    🩰 For Faux Fur Scrunchies:

    We don’t recommend frequent washing, but if needed — hand wash gently and air dry only.

    Avoid machine washing or heat drying to keep them soft and fluffy!

      Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days.

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
